China’s National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has signed a 5-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) deal with the United Arab Emirates’ Abu Dhabi National Oil Corp. (ADNOC). This is the third supply contract the UAE has signed with Chinese buyers over the weekend, bypassing US LNG amid ongoing tariff wars.
